Why I started a podcast

The short answer? I am stubborn. The long answer?  When I started Project Life back in 2012, I was willing to push through the discontent with my work.  Like Ira says in the above video, and yes we are on a first name basis, by continuing to produce work/making pages,  your work with someday match up with your tastes. I created the Pocket Talk podcast, to show other pocket page scrapbookers that we all have to start somewhere. We have all been in the place where we feel stuck or unhappy with what we have made. It’s good to have expectations in our head but it’s a matter of “just keep swimming” / “putting one foot in front of the other” /or  any other inspirational metaphor to keep you moving forward instead quitting. I want to cheer on others to keep creating because I know how good it feels when you make something you love. Does that make sense? There is some random food for thought on a Wednesday! Ha!

PS – I totally know this video has been overshared in the past couple of years, but I think is good to watch / listen to, again and again!
